Key Responsibilities:
1)Prepare and cook a variety of traditional and contemporary Chinese dishes.
2)Develop and create new menu items and specials.
3)Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
4)Manage kitchen staff, including training and supervising junior cooks.
5)Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen cleanliness.
6)Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events and menu changes.
qualifications:
1)Proven experience as a Chinese Chef or in a similar role within a reputable establishment.
2)In-depth knowledge of Chinese cuisine, including regional specialties.
3)Strong leadership and team management skills.
