Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Consulting: Analyze business needs and processes to map them accurately with Odoo functionalities. Act as a business consultant and guide for developers and implementation partners.
System Implementation: Manage complete system implementation and advanced configurations, ensuring professional documentation for tasks requiring development.
Project Management: Follow up with developers, test developed modules/functions, and ensure timely customization of projects.
Training & Support: Coach Users on efficient Odoo use through individual sessions, and deliver functional training
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of independent ERP/Odoo system implementation experience.
Documentation & Planning: Proficient in creating SRS/BRD documents, planning project resources, and estimating milestones.
*Communication :*Should be able to interact effectively with various stakeholders including business leaders, process owners, end users, and team members.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred).
Other Qualities: Quick learner with strong execution capabilities, and excellent planning, and organizational skills.
Nice to have:
Odoo basic technical knowledge: Editing existing reports, Adding fields.
