Responsibilities
-Bring better service and maximize customer satisfaction.
-Manage and mentor staff, including scheduling training and performance evaluations
-Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
-Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
-Organize and supervise shifts
-Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
-Maintain high standards of food quality, Hygiene, and customer satisfaction
-Manage and coordinate daily restaurant operations
Experience /Requirements
-At least 4 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
-Strong leadership and management skills
-Ability to create and execute menu plans
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Valid Driving License
