Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of chillers and associated equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot chiller system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components.
Execute preventive maintenance tasks, following established schedules and checklists.
Respond to chiller-related emergencies and breakdowns promptly, making necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
Respond to faults and failures reported in plants (Chillers) through the work order system.
Visit sites to inspect, troubleshoot, and correct faults.
Perform prescribed standard tests to ensure that the equipment (Chillers) in the plant is operating properly according to established specifications in coordination with Operations.
Utilize proper spare parts to ensure return of chilled water supply in a short period of time, especially during emergencies.
Operate and monitor chiller control systems.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed
