The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for the CEO. Should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. This individual should be able to draft documents, create effective PowerPoint presentation and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
• Upload video presentation and photos to various social media platforms.
• Create engaging content to promote personal branding and drive engagement.
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Google, and more.
• Perform a variety of executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive.
• Coordinate arrangements, meetings and/or conferences as assigned by the CEO.
• Prepare confidential and sensitive documents and update the CEO.
• Calendar management for executives
• Aid executive in preparing for meetings
• Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
• Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for the CEO


Qualifications:
• Male
• Bachelor’s degree of any related course combined with professional experience
• Must have admin experience
• Must have excellent Power Point design experience
• Must have social media management experience
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Own car
