We paid 9000 admin fees.. we are happy to cover that.
Small compound with about 20 villas. Amazing for kids. Very well maintained.. we love it here
I had to change my sons school. The new school is too far. It's taking me an hour each way, and so I'm on the road 4 hours a day. I have little toddler, too. We need to move closer to the new school. This is the only reason we are having to move
