Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Ability to coordinate, review, catalogue Spare Parts Data Package (SPDP) and deliver complete structured descriptions of equipment and spare parts
Ability to review SPDP from Vendors, to ensure all supporting documents required from vendor for client are available and certified
Ability to submit ICP (Interchangeable Parts) review sheet to the vendor until the SPDP will be acceptable for cataloging as per SAEP standard.
Ensure all spare parts from vendor is matching without any discrepancy according to client Cataloging procurement Guidelines.
Issue an acceptable review sheet when all documents required for cataloging are completed
Participate in Technical discussion, coordination with other colleagues & engineers, QA/QC Manager, Inventory and other relevant teams.
Ability to support & train others on Spare Parts Data Package (SPDP) development
Create and Link the Equipment & Bill of Materials (BOM) to Client’s plant through SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) System, in coordination with the Client end user.
Create and maintain material master data through SAP Material Data Governance (SAP MDG).
Review and ensure that collected material master data is complete and meets the required standards.
Ability to define Material Class / Classification, spares, stock, consumable using the item type definitions
Ability to perform Data cleansing, enrichment, Maintain Data Consistency and ensure that duplicate item doesn't exist in the database
Maintain Material Data Integrity, Data consistency and Accuracy
To enter records using data supplied by OEM / manufacturer/ end user. Add Tag & Serial Number to the catalog info of the existing 9CAT / Material Master
Prepare forms and add Tag & Serial Number to the equipment 9BOM and list all the equipment's 9CATs / Material Masters
Participate in field survey of the plants in scope and gather required information.
Compare asset physical availability in the field with P&IDs, Data sheet (where possible) and Asset list available in SAP.
In case there is missing asset in P&ID or Field, update P&ID accordingly, after getting it reviewed and approved by assigned focal.
Create BOM (Bill of Material) based on Data sheets/Equipment Drawings / OEM Manuals
In case there is missing Data Sheets / Equipment Drawings / OEM Manuals, establish communication with OEM / Similar International supplier (if OEM is obsolete) to create BoM.
Support the Project Manager in preparing weekly and monthly project reports as required.
