A LEADING READY-MIX COMPANY ANNOUNCE JOB OPENING FOR (SALES REPRESENTATIVE)

Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth for the company's ready-mix concrete operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the local construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively identify and qualify potential new customers in the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors
2. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to effectively reach and engage with potential clients
3. Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to tailor product and service offerings
4. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and pitch presentations to secure new business
5. Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to secure the most favorable agreements
6. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract finalization
7. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in customer needs
10. Identify and recommend strategies to improve the sales process and increase conversion rates
11. Assist in the development of the company's annual sales targets and growth plans
12. Provide training and coaching to junior sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
13. Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
14. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment collection
15. Contribute to the development of the company's long-term strategic growth plan

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
2. 3-5 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the construction/building materials industry
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
5. Familiarity with the ready-mix concrete and construction industry in Saudi Arabia
6. Proficient in using CRM software, ERP Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant business tools
7. Excellent Fluency in and English language.
