Responsibilities:
1-Oversee the preparation and cooking of all dishes according to the restaurant’s menu.
2-Lead and manage kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
3-Develop new menu items and contribute to menu planning.
4-Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency are maintained at the highest standards.
5-Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety practices in accordance with health regulations.
6-Monitor food inventory and ordering of supplies to maintain kitchen stock.
7-Collaborate with front-of-house and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
1-Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role.
2-In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
3-Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
4-Ability to create and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
5-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
6-Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
