Position Overview:
As the Online Customer Support Salesman, your primary role will be to engage with customers on social media, respond to their queries, and guide them through their shopping experience. The role involves handling inquiries and engaging with customers on Facebook and Instagram.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer support or sales
Proficient English (spoken and written)
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple inquiries and provide effective solutions
Manage customer inquiries and concerns on Facebook and Instagram in a timely and professional manner.
Provide detailed information on products, services, pricing, and availability.
Gather customer feedback to improve services and product offerings.
