Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of automotive vehicles, trucks, and construction equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Supervise and manage the logistics and maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts and ensure inventory availability.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, costs, and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Automotive or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in automotive, trucks, and equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and fleet management.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems is an advantage.
