Duties and Responsibilities_______________________
▪ Job Summary:
As an experienced HSE Supervisor/Safety Officer with over six years of expertise
in ensuring workplace safety and compliance. Adept at developing and
implementing safety policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and
delivering comprehensive safety training programs. Proven ability to identify
hazards, enforces regulations, and promotes a culture of safety across various
industries. Strong communicator with a keen eye for detail, dedicated to
maintaining high safety standards and fostering a safe working environment.
▪ Promote awareness and consciousness in employees for HSE concerns.
▪ Implement EMS procedures and execute company safety policies on-site.
▪ Implement waste management practices, address pollution and environmental
issues.
▪ Conduct employee induction and safety/environmental programs
▪ Maintain complete records of safety inspections/audit reports.
▪ Report and investigate accidents/incidents and adopt preventive measures.
▪ Perform weekly and monthly inspections of fire extinguishers, scaffolding,
vehicles, and other safety Equipment.
▪ Supervise daily and weekly safety toolbox meetings where specific safety issues
are discussed.
▪ Perform regular site inspections to ensure safe working conditions.
▪ Coordinate and monitor the permit to work system and work method
statements.
▪ Ensure compliance with fall protection systems and provide practical training for
workers on 100% tie-off procedures.
▪ Carry out daily safety inspections to identify unsafe conditions and equipment.
▪ Organize, coordinate, and conduct safety educational and training courses for
employees.
▪ Ensure the use of approved safety equipment by employees.
▪ Review work allocation to ensure no conflicting activities.
▪ Encourage near-miss and incident reporting to identify and rectify unsafe trends.
▪ Continuously guide, assist, and educate the workforce on HSE matters.
▪ Responsible for ensuring approximately 150 workers understand and adhere to
site safety Requirements.
