A BIM Engineer for this project is expected to bring technical expertise, environmental awareness, and collaborative skills to manage the high standards of the development.

Degree in Engineering or Architecture:
Bachelor's Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Software Proficiency:
Advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM360.
Experience with clash detection and coordination tools like Navisworks Manage.
Familiarity with 4D/5D BIM tools such as Synchro.
Modeling and Coordination:
Strong skills in creating, managing, and reviewing 3D models for multidisciplinary teams (architectural, structural, MEP).
Proficiency in federated model coordination and issue tracking.

Data Management:
Experience with Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms like BIM 360, Aconex.

Standards and Protocols:
Ability to implement and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), LOD (Level of Development), and ensure compliance with international BIM standards.

Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and environmental consultants.
Ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations.

Problem-solving:
Expertise in identifying and resolving clashes or inconsistencies in BIM models.

Project Management:
Competence in managing timelines, workflows, and ensuring adherence to project deliverables.

Team Collaboration:
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments.
