Managed large number of financial transactions including prepaid,Accrued,intercompany, foreign and local invoices and payments entries .
Conducted general ledger reconciliations ,monitoring aging report follow up their payments and outstanding
Cost allocation,project wise reports.
Prepare monthly VAT return and financial statement and analysis. Assisting external and internal Auditing and corporate annual tax, Bank reconciliation,
Contacting site supervisors, suppliers,customers and related peoples to collect invoices and supporting documents including timesheet,delivery note, Po and Quotations to file proper Documention of invoices…etc
