• Good experience in maintaining production machinery and building (civil and MEP).
• Language: Arabic and high English language (Oral and written) are mandatory.
• High capability of reading mechanical drawing and Hydraulic/electrical diagram
• Developing maintenance budgets, manage and coordinate subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of the subcontractor located in Jubail/Dammam area
• Good capabilities of using computer, mail and office package.
• Scheduling and managing contractors for major repairs or new activities
• Creating maintenance schedules and delegating tasks to team members
• Conducting site inspections and identifying areas requiring extra maintenance work
• Supervising maintenance workers and ensuring they follow safe work practices
• Able to manage a team of 10 people approx., maintenance manager will respond to the plant manager
