11 years Experience with high rise building and commercial buildings field related on pipeline, Firefighting, Piping, Pumps, Water supply system, drainage system & HVAC construction facilities have a very extensive knowledge. Has a knowledge of construction control procedures to the mechanical discipline.


Duty and responsibility.

Reviewing Design Drawings, Design Basis, Specifications, BOQ, P&ID Diagram, Equipment’s Schedules etc.
 SHOP DRAWING PREPARATION
 HVAC load calculation, CFM calculation & static pressure calculation.
 Plumbing GPM calculation.
 Raising Technical Queries for any conflicts in design drawings.
 Coordinating and discussing technical issues with the Consultant and Client’s Engineers for day-to-day activities and progress meetings.
 Material Take-off and requesting the required materials & accessories for the project and also for the regular site activities.
 Reviewing Materia Data Sheets of Material Submittals.
 Supervision of site activity, Testing & Commissioning.
