REMARKS:
• Net Salary/ Monthly
First 3 months – EUR 1600/ month;
Following 3 months – EUR 1700/ month;
Starting 7th month – EUR 1750/ month
Bonusing Scheme
• 50 EUR bonus for each additional 1000 km, on top of the minimum 12,000km ( covered by salary)
C95 Course
o After reaching Romania, candidates must pass the C95 course to drive the vehicle.
o The period length for the C95 course cannot be controlled nor precisely estimated, depending on the involved authorities.
o C95 Fees: EUR 1100, to be recovered in three monthly instalments from the candidate's salary.
o During the initial C95 process period, employees are not productive for the purpose of their base contract. So the employer is offering accommodation and meals (2 warm meals per day) for the full length of the C95 procedures.
o Optionally, candidates can work temporarily in other industries (e.g., Restaurant, constructions, tire trading logistics) during this period. The client will intermediate for these temporary jobs.
o Once the driver becomes operational as a driver, they will use the truck they work on as accommodation and once they are on breaks between assignments, Client is covering the accommodation.
Other Requirements
• Joining ticket should be borne by the candidate
• The company will not provide food
• Candidate should know Basic English (Read, Write, Speak)
• All the candidates should have GCC trailer truck Heavy license valid more than 1 year.
• Visa processing will take min 3 ~ 6 Months
