Experience:
Should be from Catering background
Should have experience in Sales and Marketing ( not in operation)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients for catering services, including corporate, social events, private functions.
Conduct presentations and site visits to showcase catering offerings and tailor services to clients' specific needs.
Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts.
Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote catering services.
Utilize both traditional and digital marketing tools, including social media, email marketing, print.
Collaborate on creating compelling marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements to attract new clients.
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with all catering services provided.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
Handle any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Provide regular reports on marketing performance, sales targets, and customer feedback to management.
Coordinate logistics, menu planning, and service requirements based on client expectations.
Monitor and ensure high-quality delivery of services during events.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Degree in Hotel & Catering Management.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of catering services, event planning, and client needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
