• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the overall business strategy
• Support Management for smooth functioning of day to day HR activities of the organizations.
• Completely responsible for Talent acquisitions and recruitment process.
• Generate offer letters; contract letters for the selected candidates and issue them.
• On boarding Process of new employees
• Manage and administer all visa, ID card and immigration related matters
• Training and Induction for all new employees & Develop full training program for Existing Employees.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Attendance and Leave management of employees.
• Responsible for addressing employee relations matters

• Receive employee complaints, suggestions and queries and make sure they have been handled properly
• Manage any staff departures including final salary calculation letters, exit interviews and departure.
• Time sheet management and attendance data file preparation.
