Production logistics coordinators
Plan and oversee operational logistics of supply-chain work units or departments
Consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient
manner
Communicate regularly with other production coordinators, warehouse, production and
construction supervisors and purchasing and inventory clerks to coordinate activities between
warehouses, production floors, construction sites or other supply chain work units or
departments
Maintains inventory of materials and parts needed to complete production

Transportation logistics coordinators
Coordinate and monitor logistics of the movement of parts, supplies and materials within an

Prepare and process all customs documents for International & U.S. shipments.

Dispatch material Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing the dispatch
process. This includes overseeing the scheduling, routing, and dispatching of drivers and
vehicles to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods while maintaining excellent customer
service standards

the nearest available driver to direct them to the customer
Dealing with Finance to claim out Amount transfer for the delivered material for invoicing
Coordinating with sales & Customers,Bill collectors and Drivers
Maintaining Daily material issue records sheet as per Daily plan Schedule
coordinating with panning Team for the transfer of material as per confirmation of material
transfer
Providing Valid Documents of vehicle license and Driving License with delivery note to
Customers to reach material as per high prior

Dealing and coordinating with Sales Team Finance Dept and planning dept and dispatch dept
