Duties and responsibilities
Support the Finance manager to deliver on time monthly accounting close for revenue and expense, financial reporting, cash flow forecasting and balance sheet integrity. • Prepare and record daily expense, revenue, supplier payments and accurately distinguish value-added tax. • Be responsible for the collection, sorting and analysis of financial data such as revenue and cost of divisions and projects. • Recording Insurance, Visa expense, Rent and handling bank related mails and documents transactions. • Filing VAT returns timely and accurately. • Preparing monthly salaries for staff. • Maintaining Bank & Cash reconciliations. • Prepare VAT report • Making of Sales Invoices • Making of Quotations • Purchase orders • Bank Reconciliation for Company • Prepare Project daily Progress Report • Ensured all departmental invoices were correctly recorded and documented for payment within the period • Performed and reviewed bank reconciliations and timely presentation to management • Credit notes • Debit notes
