Assisting with printer and peripheral device problems
Installing, configuring, and updating operating systems and applications
Managing software licenses and ensuring compliance
Assisting users with software-related questions and issues
Setting up and configuring desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Repairing or replacing faulty hardware components
Managing IT asset inventory and keeping track of devices
Assisting with network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN issues)
Enforcing security protocols, such as password management and antivirus installation
Helping users recover lost passwords or locked accounts
Creating and managing user accounts in Active Directory or cloud platforms
