Total investment sought: SAR 3 Million for 40% Equity
Investment can be made by:
A single investor contributing the full SAR 3 Million or
Multiple investors with contributions starting from SAR 500,000 (or other mutually agreed amounts).
Equity will be allocated proportionally to each investor's contribution.
Clinic Capacity & Patient Volume
• First-year expected patient volume: up to ~350 patients per day (upper limit) on month 12.
• Seasonal variations in patient flow are expected
• Center capacity: scalable up to 800–1,000 patients per day
• Infrastructure and staffing are designed from day one for future expansion
