**Job Title: F&B Consultancy Coordinator**

**Job Summary:**
The F&B Consultancy Coordinator is responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the food and beverage consultancy projects. This role involves working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional consultancy services. The coordinator will assist in project management, provide administrative support, and ensure that all F&B projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Project Coordination:**
- Assist in planning and organizing F&B consultancy projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate communication between clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion.

2. **Client Relations:**
- Communicate with clients to understand their F&B needs, goals, and preferences.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of projects.
- Gather feedback from clients to ensure satisfaction and make adjustments as needed.

3. **Vendor and Supplier Management:**
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary products and services for consultancy projects.
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers.
- Ensure that products, equipment, and services are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

4. **Data Management & Reporting:**
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare and present project status reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management and clients.

5. **Administrative Support:**
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and organizing workshops for clients and stakeholders.
- Handle inquiries and provide customer support related to F&B consultancy projects.
- Maintain project budgets and assist with invoice processing and payments.

6. **Market Research:**
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging innovations in the F&B sector.
- Assist with the development of business proposals, presentations, and promotional materials for potential clients.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in F&B operations or consultancy, preferably in a coordination or administrative role.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
