I have over 19 years of extensive experience in MEP Project execution, Planning, monitoring, Controlling phases of the project lifecycle, overall inter-discipline coordination, administration and resource planning—leading teams of Electromechanical Engineers, Sr. Inspectors, Quantity surveyors, Quality control & HSE Engineers.
Assistance in creating WBS for MEP services activities and developing MEP schedules. Design management planning and its control procedures. MEP design review, shop drawings and material submittals. Contract Management, Negotiations, change control and Risk Management procedures. Methods statement review & approval for site Mobilization, Quality control, MEP services and HSE plan. Preparations of Weekly and Monthly Reports and Presentations. Prepare MEP checklists for Testing and commissioning, snag listing and final handover. and completion of complex projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
Key Areas of Expertise:
• MEP System Management: Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and industry standards.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall project designs.
• Budget & Cost Control: Manage project budgets, including estimating and controlling costs for materials, labor, and MEP equipment.
• Quality & Compliance: Conduct regular inspections and audits of MEP works, ensuring all installations meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor MEP engineers and technicians, promoting safety, best practices, and continuous improvement.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in systems such as Nurse Call Systems, Air Valves (AV), Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems, Fan Coil Units (FCU), Fire Curtain Systems, Control Panels, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), UTP and Fiber Optic cabling, and low-voltage systems. I also have experience with BMS, HVAC, fire alarm, and fire-fighting systems. DATA, BMS, SCADA System. MCC, MV & LV, VFDs, Motors, Etc.
