* Preparing Technical logs (outgoing and incoming) Filings for the whole project whether it is Engineering and Design Documents on daily basis like Drawing (Shop, Design, And IFC}, Documents (SI, NCR, WIR, RFI, MIR, Pre‐ Qualification, Material Submittal, Letters incoming, and outgoing, MOM, Daily Report, MEMO's) for all discipline.
* Check and edit incoming documents and prepare for distribution.
* Create and manage document hierarchy and process systems.
* Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
* Computer Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook.
