- Reporting & following up vocational incidents cases
- Appealing against penalties
- Coordination & Communication for any issues for the above mentioned

- Qiwa Platform (Ministry of Human Resources)
- Creation of work contracts
- Notifying the concerned dept to accept the contract by the staff
- Transfer of staff between organizations (New contract creation is needed & follow up of acceptance)
- Profession Change
- Notifying finance dept about profession change fees
- Waiting for approval of NIC
- Profession correction if requested by the ministry
- Assigning staff of locations if requested by the ministry
- Appealing against penalties
- Coordination & Communication for any issues for the above mentioned

Mudad
- Follow up of the company compliance for month of compliance
- Follow up for the receipt of WPS file from finance
- Setting the application to month of compliance & uploading WPS file
- Listing of Wages protection violations
- Coordinating with concerned depts about the clarifications & sending them to the ministry
- Informing the concerned dept to notify the staff about acceptance
- Communicating with the ministry for any errors related to monthly compliance

Ministry of Commerce
- Renewal of Commercial Registrations
- Opening Stores for Discount Permit application processing
- Assigning google map locations to every store
- Uploading the final items & price list approved by the manager
- Payment request when the permit is approved by ministry
- Submitting tax invoices to finance for every paid permit
- Chamber attestation of Salary certificates
- Chamber attestation of Authorization letters

Ministry of Municipal & Rural Affairs (Baladi)
- Follow up expiry dates for renewal
- Issuance of new shop license
- Cancellation of license as per request of manager
- Renewal of Baladi license

Medical Insurance

- Fill up of application forms & fulfilling requirement of new staff addition
- Fill up of application forms & fulfilling requirement of dependents
- Communicating with insurance broker for dependents quotations
- Fill up of deletion forms for leavers
- Communicating with the broker for any non-integration with CHI
- Informing the HR to prepare staff declaration if staff reject our insurance
- Sending staff claims to the broker for paid amounts
- Emergency follow up for non approvals at hospitals
- Coordinating with our finance dept for any addition or deletions errors
