• Responsible for developing BIM Execution Plan and implementation of BEP among all Stakeholders for LOD200/300/400/500 stage model generation and updating.
• Responsible for training, developing, managing team of BIM Engineers, BIM Coordinator’s, BIM modelers and their recruitments as per requirements.
• Responsible for BIM consultant’s selection and their contract review.
• Responsible for introducing new stakeholders on project and explaining requirements related to stakeholder and presentations about projects on BIM model.
• Responsible for virtual representation of functional and physical characteristics of all systems of project.
• Responsible for checking Constructability of MEP system in project.
• Responsible for Hosting BIM Coordination meetings on BIM Agendas between required stakeholders involve on project.
• Responsible for Setting Standards for project schedules in in Revit.
• Responsible to resolving BIM conflict between Stakeholders of project.
• Responsible for generation of concept of master federated model, Federated models, clash detection, clash resolution, Clash Categorization, Clash solution follow-ups, model issue tracking, BIM matrix and clash BIM Matrix preparation, model content requirements, model information requirements.
• Responsible for setting standards for production of design drawing, shop drawing, as built drawing Templates and drawing numbering, model numbering system.
• Responsible for enforcing constructability coordination collaboration among 6 different designers working from different locations and other contractors of client working on project.
• Responsible for Reviewing, Auditing and approving models of Roads, Structures, Architectural, Infrastructural and MEP services as per project life cycle.
• Evaluate and Manage BIM related software& technologies
• development, implementation and enforcement of BIM standards with focus on productivity through automation.
• Work collaboratively in Revit/civil3D/Navis/Dynamo with all stakeholders and their respective scopes.
• Provides basic training to project team members on both BIM tools and process, to empower team.
• Responsible for providing replies on technical letters to Contract departments.
• Responsible for providing reports on scope of projects, de-scoping on project.
• Responsible for providing replies on client’s new requirements based on new developments in BIM.
• Responsible for solving site issues which arise due site conditions.
• Responsible for reviewing and sharing material submittals between stakeholders involve on project.

• Responsible for solving 3D complex coordination and design issues for multiple BIM teams at a time for five hospital complexes at different location of Saudi Arabia from project management office at Riyadh.
• Provides basic training to project team members on both BIM tools and BIM process, to empower team.
• Responsible for the BIM production of project from setting up to completion.
• Responsible for checking and approving contractibility of BIM.
• Responsible for Managing and suppressing my BIM modelers team.
• Responsible for providing material schedule for cross verification.
• Responsible for the study and transportation route of big equipment’s in project.
• Responsible for developing BIM from Scratch to LOD500 stage.
• Responsible for setting BIM templates and library for the projects.
• Responsible for material submittal review and implementation of material adoption in BIM models.
• Responsible for updating physical and functional characteristics of MEP/MEQ systems on BIM at design and material adoption stages for analysis and installation.
• Responsible for calculating manpower requirement/IT requirements on BIM.
• Responsible for medical equipment’s utility requirements coordination with vendors and site then modeling and shop drawing production.
• Responsible for confirming equipment’s size and shape construability in material adoption stage.
