As of now, Pakistanis cannot enter Bahrain without a visa. Even if they are a manager or Supervisor need a visa to enter Bahrain.
For Indian national that, the Bahrain Causeway allows only the Supervisor and the Manager for an on-arrival visa with their Iqama.
And other Iqama holders need to get a visa in the following categories: Bahrain visa to cross the causeway.

4. 1-year multiple visa
