Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in the same field.
Knowledge/Skills: Should have knowledge of two- and three-dimensional drawings
Duties and responsibilities:
• Site visits along with the project engineers/supervisors for measurement and understanding the requirements of the customers.
• Preparing Prequalification Documents.
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Preparing and analyzing castings/BOQs
• Performing risk and value management and cost control.
• Advising on procurement strategy;
• Identifying, analyzing, and developing responses to commercial risks.
• Providing advice on contractual claims.
• Preparing the project final account.
• Experiencing in CONSTRUCTION DIVISION is a plus
