🧾 Role Overview:
As the F&B Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing all financial aspects of our food and beverage operations. From cost control and inventory analysis to daily reconciliation and P&L reporting, you will ensure accurate financial tracking that supports our business decisions and operational success.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily sales and cost of goods sold (COGS) across all F&B outlets
Conduct inventory audits and reconcile variances with operational teams
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports specific to F&B performance
Analyze food and beverage cost trends and recommend cost-saving strategies
Maintain supplier invoices and ensure timely payments
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for accurate recipe costing and wastage tracking
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls implementation
Liaise with external auditors and ensure compliance with local tax laws
📌 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, Odoo) and Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of F&B cost control, inventory systems, and P&L management
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
