• Review inspection request (RFI) for the completed work, concrete pouring request (CPR).
• Review the result of 3rd party test and results.
• Supervise site quality inspection and review, NCR, SOR,And clearnce certificates ECC, SCC, MCC
• Checking of work as per ITP (Inspection and test plan).
• Regular quality checks of the material received at the site by prescribed methods and raising the inspection for the
materials to the client.
• Checking the quality through every stage of construction.
• Raising internal non-conformance report to site Forman, supervisor and surveyor through QC.
• Conducting the required quality checks using tools and methods.
• Inspection & supervision of the structural columns, beams, slab and all civil and water proofing, protection boards
work
(Surveillance + witness).

• Review the Contractor’s Quality Management Plan and procedure and provide feedback to Quality Manager on their
status.
• Review the Contractor’s Inspection and Test Plan (IPT)s, Quality Reports, Site Testing reports in compliance with
quality requirements.
• Verify the implementation/ Closure of the Quality Inspection and reports and comments in the Project in coordination
with Contractor QA/QC team.
• Liaison with the client’s representative on quality related issues during their visit.
• Participate in site and material inspections with Project team to monitor the quality requirements are implemented
per approved method statements and approved Inspection and test plans.
