About the Role:
We are seeking a Call Center Agent with relevant experience in the healthcare or home healthcare sector to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, providing service information, and ensuring excellent customer service to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
Schedule and confirm appointments for home healthcare visits
Maintain accurate records of calls, patient information, and service requests
Follow up with patients regarding appointments or service feedback
Coordinate with nurses, therapists, and admin teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Promote the company’s services and address any service-related concerns
Requirements:
Proven experience as a call center agent, preferably in a healthcare or home healthcare setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Good computer and data entry skills
