Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage all IKTVA (In-Kingdom Total Value Add) compliance activities within the company.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain data related to Saudization, local procurement, and in-kingdom content initiatives.
• Prepare and submit IKTVA reports (quarterly and annual) to Saudi Aramco and other relevant authorities.
• Ensure company compliance with all IKTVA requirements and proactively address any gaps.
• Work closely with departments including Procurement, HR, Finance, and Project Management to gather and verify relevant IKTVA data.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to IKTVA and provide accurate documentation and responses.
• Stay updated on all developments and changes to the IKTVA program and advise management accordingly.
• Maintain strong communication with Saudi Aramco representatives and ensure transparency of all compliance efforts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Saudi Aramco projects, preferably in IKTVA reporting or compliance roles.
• Familiarity with the IKTVA evaluation methodology and platforms such as the IKTVA Portal and Nusaned.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent English communication and report-writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and interdepartmental coordination.
• Valid transferable Iqama or local hire preferred.
• Immediate availability is a strong advantage.
