My name is Syeda Juveria Afreen, but feel free to call me SJA. I’m currently based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and I bring over 5 years of diverse experience in the IT field.
My journey has taken me through remote roles such as Tech Support Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and CTO in the US, as well as Game Developer, Producer, and Lead Software Engineer in Europe. This mix of experiences has given me a solid technical foundation and a broad perspective on problem-solving in technology.
I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Computer Applications, and I’m currently pursuing a Master's of Engineering in Robotics at Stevens Institute of Technology.
I have completed projects in robotics like Robot Arm Kinematics, Image Processing for Vision-Based Tasks, Simulating a Mobile Robot, and Mobile Robot Object Sorting. Currently diving into PyTorch, deep learning, computer vision, image processing, and TensorFlow, Open AI etc
Alongside my technical background in coding languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, PHP, Typescript, Python etc, as well as skilled in no-code platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Carrd, Shopify, Bubble, Airtable, Zapier etc. This versatility allows me to adapt to various project needs, from development to deployment.
Additionally I have experience in creating games in Unity (C#) and Unreal engine (C++). Also have experience as social media administrator, AI agents and content writer.
