Diagnose, repair, and maintain major home appliances (e.g. refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers/dryers, HVAC units)
Provide expert on‑site service and deliver outstanding customer care
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and programmable systems with precision
Maintain accurate service logs and parts inventory
Educate customers on appliance operation and care to prevent future issues
4+ years of hands‑on appliance repair experience
Nationality : INDIAN
Strong troubleshooting skills—wiring, motors, electrical controls, gas systems
Familiarity with common appliance brands (e.g. LG, Samsung, Bosch, Whirlpool, GE, etc)
Valid driver’s license
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
