Currently, I am employed with Kalpataru Projects International Ltd., working in the Project Monitoring Group (PMG) as an Assistant Manager – Planning & Project Control. In this role, I am actively involved in the Master Gas Expansion III (MGES III) project for ARAMCO in Saudi Arabia, an EPC project valued at over USD 900 million. My responsibilities span end-to-end project planning, execution monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
Previously, I served with L&T Construction Ltd. in Hubli, Karnataka, where I further developed my skills in project planning and control. I hold a PMP certification, and my technical expertise includes:
Materials management (Amendments, QCS, PR)
Experience of Material Reconciliation (MR) and Bulk Material Reconciliation (BMR) of Client and Sub-Contractor
Preparation of DPRs, MPRs, BOQs, BMRs and QPRs,
Client and subcontractor billing,
site cost caroling as per the Budget
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP HANA (MM), Power BI, Primavera P6, and project portals such as EIP and Fusion
Strong knowledge of cross-country pipelines, refinery piping projects, and water supply infrastructure
Development of S-curves, dashboards, and PPT’s for the client and management meetings
Experience in Portfolio Level Management of Schedules, Reports & Analysis
