Ability of managing and controlling the activities in more than one project, from mobilization until handing over
(Quality, on Time)
Supervision/execution, checking and ensuring that the construction is as per the final issued for construction
drawings and project specifications
Organization of work and duties and coordination with all departments (Planning & Cost control, Procurement &
Contracts, Engineering, HR & Personnel, QA/QC & Safety) to prepare and complete the following deliverables:
Conversant with architectural and structural drawings
Proper management of materials and workmanship
Contracts with Subcontractors and Suppliers
Assist QA/QC Manager in conducting internal quality audits.
Coordinate all inspections; monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests made pass the Contract Plan
and Contract Specifications.
Prepare and review to Method of Statements.
Technical Submittals of: Sub-contractors & Suppliers, Materials, Shop Drawings.
Conducting weekly and monthly Progress Reports from site.
Prepare BBS for the structural elements.
Preparing IPC of Done works as per site or approved shop drawing.
Maintaining good relationship with client, consultant and sub-contractors Coordination all activities related to
project.
