🔸 Job Summary:
New Way Technical & Cleaning Services LLC is hiring General Cleaners to join our growing team in Dubai. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at commercial, residential, and public facilities under UAE Labour Law.
🔸 Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
Clean restrooms, office spaces, public areas, windows, and waste disposal areas
Refill supplies such as tissues, hand soap, and sanitizers
Handle floor polishing and carpet cleaning as instructed
Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor
Maintain high hygiene and sanitation standards at all times
Follow instructions given by the cleaning supervisor or site manager
Use cleaning equipment responsibly and report any malfunctions
🔸 Job Requirements:
Physically fit and capable of manual labor for long hours
Willing to work 12 hours per day, with 2 days off per month
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training will be provided)
Ability to follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
Prior experience in cleaning is an advantage but not mandatory
Must be ready to join within 30 days of selection
🔸 Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: AED 1,000
Contract Period: 2 Years
Working Hours: 12 hours per day
Days Off: 2 per month
Accommodation: Provided by the employer
Transportation: Provided by the employer
Medical Insurance: Provided as per UAE Labour Law
Overtime Pay: As per UAE Labour Law
Air Ticket: Provided upon completion of the contract
Visa & Work Permit: Arranged by the company (costs may apply to the employee)
Probation Period: 6 months
