Job profile
Act as the strategic partner to department heads and country managers (including Joint Ventures) to
forecast and fulfill manpower requirements
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition, sourcing, and selection to offer
negotiation and onboarding across white- and blue-collar roles.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s recruitment policies and standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international recruitment agencies and external
contractors across countries including India, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Nigeria, and Pakistan,
etc for overseas hiring campaigns.
• Plan and manage the recruitment budget, including advertising costs, agency fees, and visa processing
expenses, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Lead, coach, and develop the internal recruitment team, providing mentorship, performance
feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Organize and execute large-scale local and international recruitment campaigns for high-volume hiring
needs (e.g., welders, fabricators, general labor) and professional roles (e.g., engineers, sales
engineers).
• Oversee visa processing and documentation for expatriate hires in coordination with external
contractors and internal HR support functions.
• Optimize sourcing strategies by leveraging multiple platforms (job boards, social media, professional
networks) to attract high-quality candidates.
• Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies during the hiring, offer, and onboarding
stages.
• Analyze and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate
quality to drive data-informed decisions.
