Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in Pan Asian cuisine, with at least 2 years in a leadership/Head Chef role at a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
South Asian candidates will be highly preferred.
Expertise in Japanese, Thai, Chinese, Korean, and other Pan Asian cooking techniques.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
