#Job Title: HR Director – Aviation Sector

Key Responsibilities

🛫 Strategic HR Leadership

• Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with business goals in the aviation environment

• Advise C-level executives on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development

• Lead organizational design and change management initiatives in response to evolving industry trends

👩‍✈️ Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all aviation-specific functions including pilots, cabin crew, engineers, and support staff

• Drive Emiratization and diversity initiatives in line with regulatory expectations

• Forecast manpower needs and manage talent pipelines for operational readiness


📈 Performance Management & Employee Development

• Implement KPI-driven performance management frameworks

• Support leadership development, succession planning, and training programs tailored to aviation functions

• Promote a learning culture that supports continuous improvement and compliance

📜 HR Compliance & Policy Governance

• Ensure compliance with GCAA, ICAO, and UAE labor laws

• Lead audits, regulatory inspections, and internal investigations related to HR practices

• Maintain up-to-date HR policies and employee handbooks aligned with local and international aviation standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) preferred

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
