I am graduated in Electrical & Electronics Systems Engineering and hold three Professional Certifications in BMS (Building Management System). Further, I have some certifications related to Health & Safety (HSE) as well.

I have overall 08 years of work experience. I have worked with Marine Services Co. Ltd., United Tri-Generation Company and Thermoking Saudi Arabia related to Electrical & Mechanical maintenance, Facility management and Project coordination.
The Projects I have worked on are Ministry of Interior Headquarters building Jeddah,
Headquarters Business Park Tower and Power plants of Saudi Electricity Company including Rabigh plant, Jeddah plant, Shuaiba plant and Shuqaiq power plant.
At Headquarters Business Park Tower, Jeddah, I was appointed as Lead Maintenance Engineer in Facilities Management for Inspection, Operation, periodic maintenance & rectification of various equipment & systems of this 55 storey tower.
Below is the summary of tasks I had undertaken in Facility management:
• Performed Inspection, maintenance & testing of various Smart lighting systems including Fa?ade lights, Emergency lights, automatic light sensors & system and Access control system.
• Conducted Inspection & Monitoring of Fire-fighting system including Smoke & heat detectors, Fire alarm panel, FM-200 system, Fire pumps, Fire Booster pumps and Fire warning equipment.
• Ensured Maintenance, troubleshooting & rectification of Electro-mechanical systems of HVAC system including Chilled water pumps, Water supply pumps, Submersible pumps, Chillers, Heat Exchangers, AHU & FCU's.
