With 17 years of administrative and teaching experience across both public and private sectors, I hold a Ph.D. in Management Sciences from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, where my research expertise focuses on the multi-level triggers of knowledge hiding in higher education institutions. I employ advanced qualitative techniques to unravel complex configurations within this domain. Complementing my doctoral studies, I hold an M.S. in Management Sciennces from National College of Business Administration & Economics (NCBAE), Lahore.
My research experience is extensive, with publications in respected academic journals. I am proficient in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies and have expertise in a wide array of statistical software, including SPSS, STATA, SmartPLS, fsQCA, Nvivo, VOSviewer, Biblioshiny and R/R Studio.
My strengths lay in research methodologies, statistical analysis, bibliometric analysis, interdisciplinary collaboration, and configurationally analysis, which I utilize to consistently produce high-caliber, impactful research.
I have published several research articles, with more currently in the pipeline for publication. I am seeking professional guidance from academic experts at universities in Saudi Arabia.
