I am an experienced Planning Engineer & Scheduler with over 5 years of expertise in project planning, scheduling, and controls. Highly proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and other essential project management tools.

Key Skills & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with resource allocation, critical path analysis, and progress tracking.
Prepare master schedules and integrate subcontractor programs.
Create and manage EPS, OBS, and WBS structures in Primavera P6.
Assign resources, set activity codes, and manage logical relationships between activities.
Monitor progress and generate daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
Manage baseline schedules, resource/cost loading, and cash flow projections.
Coordinate with internal teams and client representatives for schedule reviews and approvals.
Track performance against key milestones and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure all project controls documents (schedules, histograms, reports) are accurate and well maintained
