Are you a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years of experience, including 10+ years in the UAE market? We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our MEP operations for high-rise and commercial building projects across the UAE.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Manage full project lifecycle: tendering, procurement, execution, and handover
Oversee large-scale MEP projects with a focus on quality, cost, and timelines
Lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive operational efficiency
Maintain strong coordination with clients, consultants, and internal departments
Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory authorities
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
20+ years total experience, with 10+ years in the UAE
Proven expertise in high-rise & commercial MEP projects
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
Familiarity with DEWA, ADDC, DM, and other UAE authorities
