Human Resources:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
Maintain HR policies, employee records, and compliance with labor laws.
Handle performance management processes, training & development initiatives.
Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and retention programs.
Vendor Management:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/service providers as per business needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements to optimize cost and quality.
Monitor vendor performance, compliance, and ensure timely delivery of services/products.
Develop strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Manage vendor-related documentation, renewals, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4–8 years of experience in HR and vendor management (preferably in []industry, e.g., construction, rental, or related sector]).
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/HRMS systems knowledge is a plus.
