Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain the office premises, including pantry, restrooms, and meeting rooms
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests
Collect and distribute documents or parcels within the office or to external parties
Assist in setting up meeting rooms before and after use
Support administrative staff in filing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry supplies
Replenish office and kitchen supplies as needed
Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs in the office
