Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and accurate handling of inventory. The Warehouse Supervisor will lead a team of warehouse staff, coordinate logistics, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff, including loaders, pickers, and forklift operators

Ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods according to schedules

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts

Enforce warehouse safety and security policies and procedures

Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse team members

Oversee loading and unloading of trucks and maintain dock area organization

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to streamline operations

Handle warehouse documentation, including shipment records, invoices, and delivery notes
