The ideal candidate will coordinate tasks, ensure safety compliance, manage on-site personnel, and ensure that work is completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor on-site operations and workforce activities.

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.

Manage and track project timelines, materials, and equipment.

Conduct site inspections and maintain detailed site reports.

Address issues or delays on-site and escalate to management when necessary.
